Phase one construction at The Reserve at Lake Guntersville continues on as the entrance tower, roads & utilities are nearing completion. Early plans for phase two are currently underway and we remain excited about what the future will hold. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but we somehow missed your message.
We do have future plans for townhomes/villas, although our first priority will be building out phase two properties. I wish I could be a bit more specific as to timing but I would think we are a year or so out.

We are interested in lot #71,42,or 43. We really wanted lake front. We will be out to see your site on November 14-20th and hope to meet contractors, you folks etc. We only have one week to look and talk. Do you have a list of contractors that we could meet with? Thank you so much
