Spring has sprung at The Reserve and we are fast approaching being able to offer Pre-Sales of Phase Two lake view lots. As the infrastructure for Phase Two enters its final stages, plans for the Pre-Sale process will be announced soon.

Phase Two includes approximately 65 residential water view lots averaging 1/2 acre in size and beginning at $125,000. These water view lots will come with an option to purchase one of 36 deeded wet slips, on a first come first serve basis, in one of two 18 slip community boat houses capable of berthing boats up to 25 feet in length.
